Individual Registration

All participants must register on the AACN Certification Review Webinars platform. Individuals should click the card labeled “individual purchase.” Select the session and add it to the cart. Select checkout and add payment information. Be sure to note the username, password and email address you used to register as they will be needed to sign in for the event. Individual registration includes access to recordings and CE hours until July 30, 2025.

What is Group Purchase?

Group purchase enables a group leader to purchase the webinar series for a group of up to 30 total learners. Since access is limited to 30 participants, leaders should carefully track the number of group members. Following the purchase, group leaders receive an email with instructions on how group members may register themselves. Making a group purchase allows the leader to prepay for the members. The members must then enroll themselves using the code provided to the group leader.

How Does My Group Register?

Following the purchase, group leaders receive a separate email containing a coupon code that can be used up to 30 times. The group leader should distribute the code to participants, so they can register themselves on the event platform. Group leaders may complete individual registration to include themselves as one of the 30 total participants.

On the event platform, each participant should select “individual purchase” and enter the coupon code to complete the transaction. Individual registration includes access to recordings and CE hours until July 30, 2025. All participants must sign in to the webinar event platform to access live sessions, view recordings and earn CE. Note: Individual registration is required for a participant to access recorded sessions and CE.

How Do I Join the Webinar?

  • Sign in to the webinar platform and select the Adult CCRN/PCCN Certification Review Webinar Series - Spring 2025 card on your homepage.
  • Click the “join” button at the specified time and date.
  • Select “Join audio” to connect via your device’s microphone and speakers.
  • Ensure all system requirements are met before joining to avoid connection issues.
  • Pop-ups must be allowed.

Technical Tips

The AACN Certification Review Webinars platform uses Zoom for the live session.

Before the event:

  • Make sure you know your username and password.
  • Be sure your computer, phone or tablet has a stable internet connection.
  • Confirm your device audio.
  • Disable popup blockers.
  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date. (Chrome is recommended.)
  • Note that Internet Explorer is not supported.

Tips for Group Leaders and Members

Group Leaders:

  • Gather and manage a list of up to 30 group members.
  • Complete your group purchase by July 11, 2025.
  • Receive an email with the coupon code.
  • Distribute the code and registration instructions.

Group Members:

  • Receive the coupon code from the group leader.
  • Use the code to complete individual registration on the event platform by the July 21, 2025 deadline.
  • Note the username and password you used for registration.
  • Sign in to the event platform.
  • Click the appropriate card on the homepage.
  • A “join” button will appear 10 minutes before the live event.
